My Interview on Gen-X Photography Podcast

I had the honor recently of being interviewed by Mario Piper and Suzanne Pederson on the Gen-X Photography Podcast, so I thought I would share it with you all.

When I started my Interview Series a while back, my purpose was to feature the people I admired that weren’t getting the attention I believed they deserved. I even became good friends with some of them, which means so much to me. One in particular, Alloy Anderson, who recently passed away, once asked me why no one had ever interviewed me before. I hadn’t thought about it before, but it did make me wonder if maybe my work wasn’t good enough.

I know that sounds silly, my photography’s worth is not based on whether or not someone thinks I am worthy of an interview, but I couldn’t help but feel this nagging doubt ever since. So when Mario asked if he could interview me on his podcast I was surprised and excited.

We had a great time talking about film, cameras, and randomly Star Wars. I hope you enjoy it.
